James Stone Chauffeur Service Terms and Conditions - The hirer (the person who booked the vehicle) is responsible for any damage or cleaning costs caused by a passenger. The hirer will be liable for cleaning fees if the vehicle needs to be cleaned due to spillage or soiling . We reserve the rights to refuse to carry a passenger if they are considered their behaviour poses a danger to the vehicle, driver or other passengers.
